WHO WE ARE

Kentuckiana Heart & Hands exists to develop and maintain a funding stream to help families and caregivers meet the needs of adults with disabilities who wish to remain in their homes and receive services. We raise emergency funds to meet needs not covered by other funding sources. We provide information and emotional support for families and caregivers. We raise public awareness of adults with disabilities who want and need in-home services.
